Our 2,605 square foot Walnut Ballroom is the perfect mix of contemporary design and traditional elements and seats up to 120 guests. Featuring marbled cerulean, gold, sand colored carpet, and bright millwork elements, this flexible reception space is easily transformed to match the size and style of your celebration.
Overlooking Chestnut Street in Old Town Fort Collins, our intimate 1,088 square foot Chestnut Room features floor-to-ceiling windows, high-ceilings, and four flat screen monitors - perfect for a slideshows or film. This light-filled venue accommodates up to 120 guests for ceremonies and 80 guests for seated receptions. Additionally, this versatile space is frequently used for after-dinner dancing or as a lounge area for larger celebrations taking place in the adjacent Walnut Ballroom.
In historic Firehouse Alley, adjacent to our Magic Rat space, is a fabulous location for wedding ceremony. With the historic alley ways of old town Fort Collins stretched in front of you and an ideal entry aisle from the front of the hotel, this space makes for a classically urban feeling ceremony location with small town touches. While you can bring in your own archway or décor to set the space, some clients chose to just let the small accents of the alley way highlight the fun and funky features that make Fort Collins special. This space does require a small permitting fee, as we will process all needed details with the city; and the space can only be used for events where no alcohol would be served in the alleyway itself.
