What time are Check In and Check Out?
Check-in: 4pm, Check-out: 11am
What do I need in order to check in to The Elizabeth?
Guests must provide a government-issued ID and a valid major credit card for check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received by 3 pm Mountain Time two days prior to arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax.
I need to make a change to my reservation. Who should I contact?
To make changes to a reservation booked directly through the hotel, please contact Marriott reservations or call the hotel at +1-970-490-2600. Reservations booked through a third party may require all changes to be processed through that party.
Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?
Yes, we have 12 ADA Rooms - 4 King Rooms, 6 Double Queen Rooms and 2 Suites.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
No. For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted within the hotel.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
The Elizabeth is proud to be pet-friendly. Guests may bring two pets (maximum 75 lbs each) per room. A non-refundable fee of $75 per stay, per room will apply.
Is parking available at the hotel?
On-site parking is available for $23/day.
Do you provide complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary wi-fi is available in all guest rooms & suites, public areas and meeting rooms.
Do you provide transportation from the airport?
The hotel is located 70 miles from Denver International Airport and does not provide shuttle service. Driving directions are available on the location page.
Is there a spa on property?
There is no spa on the property, we have partnered with Woodhouse Spa. All guests of the hotel receive a $20 off any facial, massage, or body treatment during their stay.
Does the hotel have a restaurant or a bar?
The hotel has a full-service restaurant The Emporium, a music venue Magic Rat, and jazz cocktail lounge Sunset Lounge.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
Several room types offer balconies or outdoor space: 11 terrace king rooms, 5 suites, and 3 corner rooms.
Is there a swimming pool?
There is no swimming pool on the property.
Is there a High Tea service?
We offer High Tea in the Sunset Lounge on Sundays from 2-4 pm.
Does the property have bathtubs?
All standard rooms come with walk-in showers. The Music and Beer & Bike Suites have soaking tubs.
Do you offer room service?
Room service is available from 7 am till close every day.
Do rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave?
All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge. Microwaves are available upon request.
Weddings
Do you recommend specific vendors?
At The Elizabeth Hotel, we work with some of the best florists, DJs, bakeries, and photographers in Fort Collins and are happy to provide you with a list of vendors. Additionally, we welcome all vendors, including those not on our preferred list, with proper proof of insurance.
What is included in my venue booking?
Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, and glassware is included with your venue booking. The Elizabeth also provides complimentary banquet table displays. Outside décor is permitted from approved vendors.
Is outside catering permitted?
With the exception of wedding cakes, The Elizabeth Hotel does not permit outside catering.
May I request a signature cocktail?
Definitely! Our team of expert mixologists will work with you to create a custom, hand-crafted cocktail to complement your event.
Is photography permitted anywhere on property?
Photography is permitted in all shared spaces at The Elizabeth Hotel. While taking pictures, we only ask that you respect other guests enjoying these spaces. To take pictures in closed or private spaces, please schedule an associate escort.
Does The Elizabeth Hotel have a dance floor?
Unfortunately, we do not have a dance floor, however, one may be rented at an additional cost.
Is live entertainment included with my Magic Rat or Sunset Lounge booking?
Although live entertainment is not included in your booking, we’re happy to help secure entertainment at an additional cost. Additionally, please note that our contracted pianist is the only performer permitted to play the piano in these venues.
Is there onsite parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available for standard vehicles for $20/night. Additionally, valet parking is available for $25/night, although this service is temporarily suspended. Oversized vehicle parking is available for vehicles off property that are over 8 feet. Sprinter Van $45/night, Bus $100/night.
Does The Elizabeth Hotel provide a guest shuttle?
No, but we are happy to recommend a local company to provide group transportation.
Will you pass out guest favors?
Absolutely! We are happy to pass out generic favors to your guests during check-in at our front desk. For personalized favors or favors delivered directly to your guests’ rooms, there is a $4 / favor delivery fee.
May I reserve a room block?
To make securing accommodations for your wedding or special event seamless and easy, we offer discounted rates on contracted room blocks of 10 or more rooms. For contracted blocks, 80 percent of rooms must be filled per night to meet financial obligations. Contracted blocks require a 15 percent refundable deposit upon contract signing. Additionally, rates and availability of room blocks may vary by date, duration of stay, and number of rooms contracted. Blackout dates may also apply.
How soon should I reserve a room block?
We recommend reserving your room block between 8 months to one year in advance of your event. Although you may reserve a room block more than a year in advance, your guests cannot book accommodations until one year prior to your event. Additionally, we cannot quote rates without specific dates, approximate number of rooms, and duration of stay.
May I check into my room early?
Standard check-in begins at 4 p.m. and we cannot guarantee early check-in. If you plan on getting ready in your room on the day of your event, we recommend reserving your room for the night prior to ensure you have time to relax before your celebrations.
Will my guest rooms be in the same area?
Although we cannot guarantee that all your guest rooms will be in the same area, we are happy to note and accommodate your request to the best of our abilities.
May I use Marriott Bonvoy points for my guest room?
No, unfortunately the use of Marriott Bonvoy points toward group room block reservations is not permitted.
Is breakfast included in my guest room rate?
Breakfast is not included in your guest room rate; however, you may choose to enjoy our full-service restaurant, The Emporium Kitchen & Wine Market, or in-room dining during your stay.
