The Venue

The Magic Rat is located in Old Firehouse Alley adjacent to the Elizabeth Hotel - 111 Chestnut Street, Fort Collins CO 80521. The venue is open to the public every Wednesday-Saturday for live music events & concerts! The main doors are located on the first floor of the hotel next to the front desk and there's an additional side entrance in the Old Firehouse Alley.

Private Events

The Magic Rat space can also be reserved for your own private event! It is the perfect location for your unique corporate or social occasion. Let us help you create a fun, funky, and one of a kind experience!

There are so many great, vibrant colors and eye-catching details. It has a fun, nontraditional vibe but has enough space for speeches, receptions, and seated meals for up to ~50 guests. There are garage doors behind the bar that can be opened so the indoor space and outdoor patio can be used in conjunction to host up to ~150 guests! There is a large, built-in stage that can be utilized for a band, a DJ, a photo booth, and more!

This venue is special & customizable - you can even put a your own message on our indoor and/or outdoor marquees!
